The hotel offers small but clean rooms with daily coffee/tea refills. However, a late-night noise disturbance required a room change. The location is ideal for exploring London attractions, though a bit far from Old Street Station. The dining experience is decent but can be crowded at times. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel had spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us. While the cleanliness and comfort were lacking compared to other Thistle hotels we've stayed at, the check-in was delayed even though we requested an early check-in. The room was small and not as clean and comfortable as expected.
The hotel is conveniently located for city access and public transport. Rooms were clean but showed signs of aging, and I had to request a room change due to noise issues. The service was exceptional, with attentive and kind staff. Dining was good, but sometimes crowded leading to short waits. The breakfast, however, offered great choices for an extra charge. The location is ideal for exploring the city, but some old rooms may have maintenance issues. Value for money is fair considering the services provided.
